1) Download file and unzip.
2) Place XML file where you can find it.
3) Under design of blog click Edit HTML
3) Back up current template for safety.
4) Click choose file and select the XML file that you just received from unzipping file.
5) Click upload
6) Once file has uploaded click Save Template.
